We all have rhythms in our lives, we all have “practices”, things we say yes to over and over again. The problem is that a fair amount of those things aren’t really nourishing us. From the number of times we check our phones in a day to that 3 o’clock sugar fix, we are creatures of habit.
Floating is a practice, a life giving, peace instilling, pain reducing one. Floating nourishes you on a mental and physical level.
